Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all noodle sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photo of the issue. We'll review and, if approved, issue either a replacement or a refund.
Merchandising items may be exchanged for sizing issues or replaced if defective.
